Two addresses, both read by people rather than a routing system. Licensing and commercial questions go to sales, anything technical goes to support.

Sales and licensing

Write to sales@sqldatalens.com. That is the right address for:

  • a written quote, in euros or dollars, addressed to your organisation;
  • a purchase order, or a formal offer your procurement system can process;
  • an invoice with your VAT ID for the reverse-charge procedure inside the EU;
  • volume, team and site licences, including multi-year terms;
  • academic, non-profit and training licences;
  • reseller and partner enquiries;
  • an extension of the trial period if 30 days did not fit around your project schedule.

If you are buying a single Named User licence, you do not need to write at all — checkout on the pricing page runs through Stripe and the licence key arrives by email within minutes. Everything on the list above is what email is for.

Please include your company name, the billing country and your VAT ID if you have one, plus how many users you are licensing. With those four facts a quote comes back the same or the next working day; without them the first reply is just a question.

Team licence enquiry

The Team licence covers up to 5 users under one key at $1,190 per year — roughly a fifth less than buying the same number of individual licences. Quote and purchase order on request.

Write to sales@sqldatalens.com with the number of users and your billing details, and mention whether you need a quote first or can order directly.

Enterprise licence enquiry

The Enterprise licence is the site licence: unlimited users, one organisation, unlimited activations, one key to manage, at $3,499 per year. It can be bought directly from the pricing page, but most organisations at this size want a quote, a purchase order and an invoice with a VAT ID instead.

Write to sales@sqldatalens.com. Tell us the legal entity to invoice, the billing country, roughly how many users you expect and whether your procurement process needs a vendor form or a security questionnaire filled in — we answer those in writing rather than pointing at a web page.

Academic and training licences

Universities, research groups, teaching labs and training providers are a case we handle individually rather than with a published price list, because the shape of the request varies so much — a lecture hall for one semester is not the same as a research group of four.

Write to sales@sqldatalens.com describing the institution, the course or project, how many seats you need and for how long, and you will get a concrete offer back. Note that the Free Edition is already fully featured against free and community databases, including IRIS Community — for many teaching setups that is all that is needed, at no cost and with nothing to sign.

Technical support

Anything about installing, activating, connecting or using the application goes to the Data Prudentia support portal, where you can raise a request and follow its status, or to support@sqldatalens.com if you prefer email. Quote your licence ID if you have one.

The support page lists what to include so the first reply is a solution rather than a request for details: the build number, your Windows version, the IRIS or Caché version, the exact error text and the steps to reproduce it. Several common problems are already documented — see installation, licence activation and the exit codes reference.

No contact form on this page, on purpose. The site ships no client-side JavaScript, and a form that quietly loses an enquiry is worse than an address that does not. For technical support the support portal is that form — hosted, tracked, nothing lost. Sales enquiries go by email, which reaches a person directly.

Before you write

If the question is "is this the right tool for us", the fastest answer is not an email. Download it, connect it to a test namespace and open the parts of your schema you know best — the trial is the full Pro edition for 30 days, with no registration.
